Job summary

The Salvation Army in Northwest Arkansas seeks a development leader to plan and grow a comprehensive fundraising program across the area. You will supervise staff and volunteers, cultivate major gifts, corporate sponsorships, government grants, and special events to meet annual goals.

You will collaborate with officers and boards, manage budgets and donor records, and report on progress to divisional and territorial leadership, ensuring compliance with regulations and Salvation Army standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fundraising management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4–6 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and monitor Northwest Arkansas fundraising activities.
• Solicit donations and cultivate relationships with donors and sponsors.
• Develop annual fundraising goals and monitor progress; prepare financial reports.
