Job summary
Partners in Child Development seeks an inaugural Development Director to lead our fundraising program and advance major gifts to support our mission across Early Intervention, Anderson School and Woodbridge School.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, build donor relationships, guide volunteers and board members, and partner with Marketing to tell our story and grow revenue through individual giving, institutional support,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive fundraising experience.
- Proven track record in securing individual and major gifts.
- Experience with donor databases and fundraising best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors.
- Collaborate with Executive Director and Board to set priorities and gifts.
- Provide fundraising dashboards and progress updates to leadership.
