Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in fundraising or development.
• Three years in a leadership position preferred.
• Proven track record in fundraising, including major gift solicitation and grant writing.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a comprehensive fundraising plan to meet annual, capital, and long-term financial goals in alignment with the school’s mission and objectives.
• Leads donor cultivation, stewardship programs, and major gift solicitations.
• Researches, writes, and manages grant proposals and reports.
• Plans, oversees fundraising events, and collaborates with volunteers and committees.
• Collaborates with Executive Director and Board to ensure fundraising goals align with the mission.
