Job summary

Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Tampa Bay is seeking a Development & Database Specialist to manage the donor database, ensure data integrity, and support fundraising operations. The role handles gift processing, reporting, data analysis, and system administration, contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.

The position reports to the Chief Development Officer and offers a future hybrid remote schedule after a 60-day probationary period.

The Development & Database Specialist is responsible for the management, integrity, and strategic use of the organization’s donor and development database. This role reports to the Chief Development Officer and supports fundraising operations through gift processing, reporting, data analysis, system administration, prospect research support, and continuous improvement of development processes and data practices. This position will be considered for a hybrid remote work schedule upon completion of 60-day probationary period.
