Job summary

Brandon’s House Counseling Center in Indiana is seeking a Development Coordinator to build donor relationships, bring events to life, and expand support for the mental health of teens and families across Southern Indiana. Reporting to the CEO, you will turn big ideas into timelines and lasting donor relationships.

The role offers a flexible schedule with a 4-day work week, a mix of remote and in-person work, generous time off, and opportunities to contribute to a growing nonprofit that values

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and trust-building abilities.
• Mission-driven with ability to convey impact using data and heart.
• Self-starter who drives projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organization and calendar management.
• Clear, friendly communicator via email, phone, and in person.
• Experience with donor databases/CRMs, events, or grant writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead our signature events: manage timelines, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and follow-up.
• Steward our donors: keep database accurate, track gifts/pledges, and ensure timely thank-yous.
• Tell our story: coordinate newsletters, impact updates, and cultivation touchpoints.
• Support grants and strategy: assist with grant research, writing, and reporting.
