Brandon’s House Counseling Center in Indiana is seeking a Development Coordinator to build donor relationships, bring events to life, and expand support for the mental health of teens and families across Southern Indiana. Reporting to the CEO, you will turn big ideas into timelines and lasting donor relationships.

The role offers a flexible schedule with a 4-day work week, a mix of remote and in-person work, generous time off, and opportunities to contribute to a growing nonprofit that values

As our Development Coordinator, you’ll be the person who helps build those relationships, brings our events to life, and makes sure every supporter feels like part of something that matters: the mental health of teens and families across Southern Indiana.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll turn big ideas into clear timelines and lasting donor relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead our signature events: the Spring Gala (May 7, 2027), the Fall 5K (September 18, 2027), and Give for Good. You’ll manage timelines, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and follow‑up.
• Steward our donors: keep our database accurate, track gifts and pledges, and make sure every supporter is thanked and kept close to our mission.
• Tell our story: coordinate newsletters, impact updates, and cultivation touchpoints for recurring donors, major supporters, and legacy givers.
• Support grants and strategy: help with grant research, writing, and reporting as time allows.

Who You Are

• A self‑starter who keeps projects moving without constant oversight.
• An organized project manager with strong calendar and follow‑up habits.
• A clear, friendly communicator by email, phone and in person.
• A plus: donor database/CRM experience, event experience or grant writing.

What We Offer

• Up to $48,000 per year
• 4-day work week. Friday through Sunday off, with occasional exceptions around events.
• Flexible schedule with a mix of remote and in‑person work
• 5 weeks of time off (salary), with the center closed, plus another week earned after one year
