Job summary

Oasis Institute seeks a Development Coordinator to support the development team and bridge strategy with day-to-day execution. The role oversees direct mail appeals and Donor Perfect CRM activities, ensuring timely donor acknowledgments and strong reporting for the Oasis network.

You will assist with grant content, narrative proposals, and donor communications, while coordinating cross-functional efforts with marketing and program teams. Flexible work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-2 years related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very strong attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely gift acknowledgement for St. Louis gifts.
• Serve as main point of contact for Donor Perfect CRM; support reporting and training.
• Assist with gathering content for grants and reports for St. Louis and Oasis network; draft narratives.
• Provide individual donor support and follow-up.
• Coordinate direct mail appeals and cultivation activities across the network.
• Collaborate with marketing and program teams on donor engagement projects.
• Support special campaigns and events as needed.
