Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple capital improvements and construction projects, including due diligence assessments for acquisitions. You will ensure projects stay on time and on budget while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include managing renovation and repositioning efforts at assigned sites, developing scopes, timelines, and bidding processes, and delivering regular financial and quality updates to stakeholders.

• Manage day-to-day renovation and capital projects, developing scopes and timelines.
• Administer bidding with contractors, evaluate bids, and select preferred bidder.
• Recommend engineers/architects as needed.
• Report on timing, finances, and project quality.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates on renovations and repositioning.
