Job summary

Austin PBS in Austin, TX seeks a Development Support role to assist the Friends of ACL and Waitlist membership programs, manage donor and gift records, and coordinate communications for tapings and events.

You will support ticketing, RSVPs, and venue capacity, ensuring a positive attendee experience, while assisting with donor stewardship and interdepartmental collaboration within the development team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree desirable.
• Experience with donor databases and eCRMs preferred.
• Experience with AXS FanAccount or other ticketing systems are a plus.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer donor gifts and membership tracking across databases.
• Support pledge payment reminders and acknowledgement processes for multiple donor programs.
• Coordinate Friends of ACL membership renewal and Waitlist processes; manage electronic announcements for tapings.
• Assist with ticketing, RSVP management, and Will Call on-site at ACL tapings.
• Coordinate with venue staff and Austin PBS teams to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
