Responsibilities cover donor processing, CRM management, and collaboration with multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and exceptional donor service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years in development, nonprofit management, admin support, events, or related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel; Slack; Zoom.
• Experience with data entry and database management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Development activities, including financial tracking and reporting, data management, TIC membership support, and project administration.
• Lead donor processing and acknowledgments; coordinate gift processing and campaigns.
• Manage CRM data across platforms (Paciolan, Salesforce, VIP) and ensure data accuracy.
• Support Texas Inner Circle membership campaigns and communications.
• Assist with grant timelines and department-wide initiatives.
• Contribute to fundraising goals and educational program support.
