EPD Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Irvine, CA to support the Development and Construction Department. The candidate will learn quickly, take on new tasks, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to meet project goals.

The role emphasizes independent work, reliability, organization, and proactive problem solving to navigate complex regulatory processes and deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience and a bachelor's in a related field preferred; or combination of equivalent education and work experience.
• Experience in reading technical reports, construction and design drawings, and municipal codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
• Proven interpersonal skills with emphasis on communication and emotional intelligence.
• Passion for learning all aspects of development and construction including CEQA and technical studies.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with development related software (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and/or Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in all phases and aspects of assigned projects.
• Review project documentation and reporting to understand requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and identify project risks.
• Incorporate CEQA tasks into project schedules and communicate CEQA requirements.
• Facilitate client meetings and identify required actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Mentor junior coordinators and coordinate task completion across teams.
