Pensacola State College Foundation is seeking a Development and Events Coordinator to support fundraising initiatives, coordinate campaigns, donor engagement, sponsorship development, alumni relations, affinity groups, and a wide variety of event planning activities.
Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, this role requires exceptional organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders to transform lives and futures for Pensacola students.

The Development and Events Coordinator plays a key role insupporting the success of the Pensacola State College Foundation'sdevelopment and fundraising initiatives. Reporting to the Directorof Philanthropy, this position is responsible for coordinating andexecuting fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, sponsorshipdevelopment, alumni relations, affinity groups, and a wide varietyof event planning activities. The Coordinator collaborates withFoundation leadership to increase donor support and communityengagement through strategic planning, relationship management, andhigh-quality event execution. This role requires exceptionalorganizational skills, initiative, attention to detail, and theability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with diversestakeholders.
Graduation from an accreditedinstitution with a bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrated success andproficiency with Microsoft products.
Prior work historydemonstrates experience in detailed work, event coordination,scheduling, and customer service.
Successful results of a criminalbackground check are required.

Experience in nonprofitfundraising and event planning.
Familiarity with donor databases, particularly Blackbaud Raiser's Edge.
Experience working withcommittees or volunteer boards.
