Job summary

Harvard University seeks a Senior Development Officer to lead reunion fundraising for Harvard College Fund and related priorities. You will build and manage donor relationships, coordinate volunteer leadership, and drive campaigns that maximize participation and gifts from alumni across classes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in university fundraising, travel, and strong written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in university fundraising and administration or related transferable experience.
• Travel 15-20 percent of working days; some events and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manages Harvard College and Radcliffe College alumni classes in and out of reunion.
• Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewarding top prospects in assigned classes.
• Plans and manages reunion gift campaigns; sets goals and monitors metrics.
• Enlists and mentors volunteers; coordinates with donors and staff to advance priorities.
