Job summary

Harvard University in Cambridge seeks an Alumni Relations Assistant to support reunion and class engagement. You will work with the Alumni Affairs and Development Events team, alumni volunteers, staff, and students in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include staffing Reunion Weekend, maintaining alumni contact lists, updating the Reunion website, handling inquiries, and assisting in planning, promotion, and on-site materials for events and programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Weekend and evening event work required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff Reunion Weekend in Cambridge, supporting alumni on-site.
• Administrative support: meeting notes, alumni lists, Zoom meetings.
• Update Reunion website and respond to inquiries throughout the year.
• Coordinate communications and assist volunteers during planning and events.
• Maintain accurate contact information for alumni volunteers.
