ASU Foundation for A New American University, Thunderbird School of Global Management is seeking a Development Coordinator to join the Office of Alumni Engagement. You will directly support senior alumni and development officers and provide administrative support to the engagement team.

Reporting to the Director of Engagement and Campaigns, you will schedule meetings, process expenses, manage travel, and prepare materials while coordinating with stakeholders across the ASU Foundation, Enterprise

Responsabilidades

• Assist with donor relations tasks and annual giving communications.
• Support project management for the engagement team.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
• Schedule meetings and conference calls and manage logistics.
• Extract and analyze information from Workday and Salesforce.
• Process and approve expense reports per policy.
• Coordinate travel for senior leaders.
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
• Update Salesforce with contact reports and details.
• Maintain filing systems and subscriptions.
• Prioritize workload to meet unit needs.
