Job summary

ASU Foundation is seeking an Associate Director of Scholarship Development and Administration to lead fundraising and engagement activities for a portfolio of donors, with a focus on gifts of $50,000 and above. You will collaborate with university partners to implement donor strategies and coordinate events, reports, and stewardship.

You will oversee a small team, coordinate with multiple offices, and drive scholarship-related initiatives to support student success.

• Database management and donor tracking proficiency.
• Leadership and training of a team including performance coaching.
• Discretion and ethics in development activities; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic fundraising and engagement efforts to drive donor retention and pipeline growth.
• Manages a personal major gifts portfolio with gifts at or above $50,000.
• Collaborates with ASU offices to advance donor strategies and events.
• Prepares proposals, budgets, and collateral for significant investments.
• Oversees donor recognition events and serves as a liaison for student scholars.
