Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Support Engineer to help developers troubleshoot issues on our PostgreSQL-powered platform. You will respond quickly, triage inquiries, and collaborate with product and growth teams globally.

Work remotely in a distributed team with a strong focus on minimizing time-to-fix, handling complex SQL queries, and guiding users through code examples and documentation. This role offers flexible work, ESOP, and a tech allowance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of developer support experience.
• Proficient in SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong English communication and remote collaboration.
• Familiar with GitHub Issues and Discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and timely responses to support cases across topics.
• Triage support cases and direct users to docs, code examples, or escalate appropriately.
• Monitor feedback channels such as GitHub Issues/Discussions.
• Identify where internal tooling can improve support efficiency.
• Reproduce issues, create test cases and improve test coverage.
