Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an APAC Technical Support Engineer based in Australia to join our global Support Engineering team. You’ll help shape an AI-native support engine, working with developers across enterprises and providing deep debugging across polyglot stacks.

You should have 5–8+ years in technical support engineering or software development, with strong Python/JS/Java/Ruby skills and familiarity with LLM orchestration.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development, with a track record of solving high-complexity SaaS problems.
• Strong coding foundations in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby; comfortable reading SDK source and spotting production bugs.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and frontend-to-database flows.
• AI & automation literacy with LLM orchestration concepts (RAG, context windows, system prompts).
• Exceptional communication: explain architectural concepts to humans and write precise AI system instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deep-Dive Debugging: root-cause analysis on complex issues and tracing gaps across polyglot environments.
• Support the Great Minds: act as strategic consultant for senior engineers at enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot SDK Implementations: inspect SDK sources to instrument frameworks and environments.
• Engineering Feedback Loop: bridge developers and product teams using data to prioritize fixes.
• Agentic Operations: design deterministic support paths and autonomous resolutions for agents.
• Knowledge Engineering: embed context into systems for consistent autonomous resolution.
• Agentic Tooling Development: build skills for agents using internal APIs.
• Seer Philosophy: apply autonomous production fixes to the support lifecycle.
