Job summary

Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search.

You will join as a developer support engineer, handling initial and timely responses to a range of cases from billing to optimization, triage, and escalation. Fully remote role with global hiring, ESOP, tech allowance, health benefits, and annual off-sites; applicants in North/South America time

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering developer support to tech customers.
• Strong SQL PostgreSQL skills and the ability to run complex queries.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and command line utilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and timely responses to support cases on billing, pre-sales, optimization, and implementation questions.
• Triage cases, direct users to prior answers, code samples, or documentation, and escalate as needed.
• Monitor feedback channels such as GitHub Issues & Discussions and reproduce issues for testing.
