Qualifications

• Have strong backend engineering experience, including building and maintaining APIs or services in production.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js with a focus on reliability.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, retries, idempotency, rate limits, and partial failures.
• Experience building software that other developers depend on and maintaining it.
• Appreciate good interface design, clear errors, and useful documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain developer tools that integrate across languages, frameworks, and environments.
• Build and operate services supporting developer tools and integrations.
• Collaborate with product squads on API contracts and consistent behavior across SDKs, CLI, MCP, and docs.
• Create interfaces developers use to work with the company, such as MCP, skills, and the CLI.
• Handle compatibility, testing, releases, and upgrades so developers can depend on releases.
• Develop shared tooling to help other squads ship changes confidently.
• Work directly with developers through support, GitHub issues, and pull requests.
