FirstService Residential is seeking a Developer Services Specialist in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on onboarding new developments, coordinating escrow and billing processes, and ensuring accurate phase updates and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills and experience with HOA/escrow workflows. You will work with builder clients, manage monthly billing to builders, and support the transition of new phases from setup to invoicing while maintaining data integrity and

Qualifications

• Strong accounting skills particularly accounts receivable.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word and Outlook).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial point of contact for new developer clients and introduce builder to FirstService annexation and billing process.
• Participate in new association launch meetings for new contracted developments.
• Onboard new developments and intake of new phases, including review of CC&Rs, public reports, and developer agreements.
