Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Assistant Association Manager in Irvine to support lead managers across a portfolio of CPOA accounts. You will help ensure timely, accurate execution in line with governing documents, policies, and state laws, while maintaining a service-oriented, proactive approach.

You will build relationships with vendors, colleagues and owner clients, own operational aspects for compliance, and work to meet leader expectations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Real estate license is a plus.
• 2+ years of association or property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain working knowledge of MarWest systems and networks.
• Proactive inspection of landscape and common areas and timely maintenance.
• Correspondence with owners for maintenance requests, statements and violations.
• Gather bids from vendors and schedule annual inspections and maintenance.
• Draft memos and client communications as directed.
• Assess properties and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to other locations.
• Learn and implement governing documents to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to company standards and SOPs, maintain safety.
• Update property information and owner contact lists.
• Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.
