A successful candidate will have a strong background in paid media, campaign management, and performance marketing, with a passion for building communities and delivering measurable results across audiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Data-driven approach using metrics to improve campaigns.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation.
• Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
