Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager for AWS Developer Experience to lead a team of developer advocates. You will own the strategy for how we show up in the developer community through content, events, and engagement, and you’ll be the connective tissue between what developers need and what our service teams build.

You will work across marketing, product, and engineering to ensure the developer voice shapes our roadmap and that AWS services land with builders every day.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Experience building developer-facing content or programs

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to engage with developers and gather insights for service teams
• Collaborate with service teams, marketing, and solutions architects to shape developer relations strategy
• Define strategy to deliver impactful and relevant experiences to the developer community
