Hedra in San Francisco is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to turn technical capabilities into developer-friendly content and sales-focused narratives. You’ll own content strategy, write core materials, and drive a program that clarifies Hedra’s value for buyers and technical champions.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and engineering to produce product explainers, case studies, and launch content, while translating market feedback into product decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B product marketing with ownership of content strategy and production.
• Experience with AI, developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure is relevant.
• Exceptional writing ability with a portfolio showing clear thinking and narrative structure.
• Proven success marketing to developers or technical buyers and translating complex products for these audiences.
• Strong technical fluency: reading API docs, evaluating model quality, latency, cost, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and the editorial calendar.
• Write and ship the work yourself: product explainers, technical articles, customer stories, and more.
• Build content for sales-led growth: decks, one-pagers, evaluation guides, and objection-handling materials.
• Develop credible technical stories by interviewing engineers, researchers, and customers.
• Build customer proof through case studies grounded in real workflows and results.
• Carry stories across channels: website, blog, email, LinkedIn, and sales assets.
• Improve content based on performance and feedback for pipeline impact.
• Contribute to messaging and positioning based on customer conversations and competitive research.
• Bring market insight into product decisions to inform prioritization.
