PingWind is seeking a motivated Software Developer to design, develop, and implement modern web applications for federal government projects. You will join an Agile team, performing analysis, design, integration, and documentation across the development lifecycle to deliver secure, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities include building Java/Spring Boot backends, Angular front-ends, AWS deployments, RESTful APIs, and modernizing legacy systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in agile development with Azure DevOps or Jira with Git.
• Army HRC ASBS or companion systems experience is a plus.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Certified: Active CompTIA Security+ / IAT level II certification.

Required Clearance: Active Secret

Position Description

In this role, you will perform systems analysis, design, integration, and documentation for complex applications. You will be a core member of an Agile team, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle with a focus on building high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

• Agile Collaboration: Be an active participant in the Agile development process (SAFe, Scrum, etc.), working with team members to enhance existing software and deliver new features.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework.

• Proficiency in front-end development with Angular, HTML5, and CSS.

• Experience with Node.js for backend services or build tooling.

• Hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably in an AWS environment.

• Experience with Agile development processes (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

• Experienced with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Experience writing SQL for a major database (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL).

• Experience with API design and documentation (e.g., JSON, OpenAPI).

• Familiarity with source control tools like Git.

• Experience with vulnerability analysis and remediation.

Salary Range

$76k-$106K
