Job summary

You will work closely with managers and the HR team to resolve conflicts, coordinate benefits, and support professional development opportunities, including tuition reimbursement and workshops offered by the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities
