Job summary

Lukos is hiring a Custody and Removal Coordinator to support ICE detention operations in Dilley, TX. The role focuses on assisting staff with detainee needs, providing trauma-informed support, and ensuring compliant service delivery for vulnerable individuals.

The position requires a bachelor’s in social work or psychology, fluency in English and Spanish, and at least two years of related experience, preferably in detention or victim services. Travel and field office coordination may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree or advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.
• Two years of related experience in victim services or detention settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with needs, requests, and complaints from detained noncitizens.
• Support ERO staff with parent/child communication and child welfare.
• Coordinate disability accommodations and follow-up with facilities.
• Provide language interpretation for facility and ERO staff.
• Develop and maintain a national resource database for CRC and ERO use.
