Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor detainees in living, recreation, dining, and visitation areas.
• Coordinate movement, conduct counts and provide emergency response as needed.
• Ensure program activities stay safe and supervise labor crews.
• Shakedowns for contraband and confiscate prohibited items per policy.
• Keep daily logs including disciplinary reports.
• Provide prompt assistance to injured or traumatized individuals.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to keep facility clean.
