GEO Group is seeking a security role to supervise detainees and ensure safe daily operations across living, recreation, dining, and visitation areas. You will coordinate movements, conduct counts, and respond to emergencies while maintaining logs and reporting incidents.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma; additional behavioral sciences or security training is preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to work extended shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in behavioral sciences, security services or related field preferred.
• State requisites for employment must be possessed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor detainees in living, recreation, dining, and visitation areas.
• Coordinate their movement and conduct counts; provide emergency response as needed.
• Ensure program activities stay safe and supervise labor crews.
