Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain custody, care, and control of detainees while enforcing company and contracting agency policies and procedures.
• Monitor detainee activities in living, recreation, dining and visitation areas.
• Coordinate detainee movements, conduct counts, and provide emergency response as needed.
• May be assigned to various posts including control room and health services.
• Prepare reports and maintain daily logs; respond to injuries or trauma as needed.
• Perform security duties for any shift and complete required training.
