• Supervise and develop a team of 3–5 production detailing professionals.
• Review and approve drawings and related documentation for accuracy and manufacturability.
• Gate incoming detailing work by confirming requirements and collaborating with Stakeholders before assignment.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate engineering drawings while minimizing errors.
• Maintain and improve drafting standards and team processes; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare performance reviews with documentation and address employee performance with leadership.
• Serve as a technical and process resource for the Production Detailing Team.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of engineering and detailing interns.
• Build relationships with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Project Managers.
