Job summary

Sentry Equipment Corp. in Wisconsin seeks a Director of Engineered Solutions to lead engineering, proposals, and order packages for engineered-to-order products.

You will coordinate applications engineering, project management, and customer technical support, ensuring all specs, contracts, and documentation are defined before execution. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service to minimize risk and deliver a seamless customer experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer certification is strongly preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Engineering and Proposal teams in developing technical and commercial proposals for engineered-to-order products and solutions.
• Lead the review and approval process for customer specifications, technical requirements, and commercial terms and conditions.
• Provide leadership for the team serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout the proposal and pre-execution phases.
• Oversee project management activities through order approval and handoff.
• Develop standardized processes for proposal development, order review, and project handoff.
• Mentor and develop engineering, project management, and technical support personnel.
