Job summary

Defined Fitness Inc. is seeking a Detail Team Member (Part Time) in Rio Rancho, NM. You will ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety, perform routine cleaning tasks, and assist with larger projects as needed.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively is essential. CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 45 days. The role offers hourly pay and benefits including paid sick leave, gym membership, staff guest passes, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
• Communicate politely and respectfully with all team members.
• Maintain an organized facility for members to use.
• Assist with large projects under supervision (e.g., painting).

The Detail Team Member ensures the highest level of facility cleanliness and safety through proactive monitoring and completion of assigned custodial tasks. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Detail, clean, and disinfect all internal and external areas of the club, including walkways and the parking lot.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs, including but not limited to trash removal, locker room cleaning, and re-racking weights.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).
• PC literate, including basic report-writing skills.
• Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
• Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write
