Job summary

Defined Fitness Inc in Rio Rancho, NM, is seeking a Detail Team Member to join our on-site, full-time staff. You will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, performing routine and project-based custodial tasks while delivering courteous service to members.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and obtain CPR/AED certification within 45 days. The role requires a flexible schedule including holidays and independent, efficient work.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• PC literate, including basic report-writing skills.
• Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).
• Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Detail, clean, and disinfect all internal and external areas of the club, including walkways and the parking lot.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs, including but not limited to trash removal, locker room cleaning, and re-racking weights.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
• Communicate politely and respectfully with all team members.
• Maintain an organized facility for members to utilize
• Assist with large projects under supervision (e.g., painting).

The Detail Team Member ensures the highest level of facility cleanliness and safety through proactive monitoring and completion of assigned custodial tasks. Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
