Defined Fitness Inc. in Albuquerque is seeking a Detail Team Member for a full-time role at our club. You will ensure the highest level of facility cleanliness and safety through proactive custodial tasks and daily customer-facing service.

You will perform routine cleaning, trash removal, locker room duties, and assist with large projects, while maintaining an organized space for members; CPR/AED certification is required within 45 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work any day of the week, including holidays.
• CPR/AED certification required within 45 days of employment.
• Experience in janitorial services preferred.
• PC literate with basic report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Detail, clean, and disinfect all club areas, including walkways and parking lot.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs: trash removal, locker room cleaning, re-racking weights.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
• Communicate politely with all team members.
• Maintain an organized facility for members to utilize.
• Assist with large projects under supervision (e.g., painting).

The Detail Team Member ensures the highest level of facility cleanliness and safety through proactive monitoring and completion of assigned custodial tasks. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Detail, clean, and disinfect all internal and external areas of the club, including walkways and the parking lot.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).
• PC literate, including basic report-writing skills.
• Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
• Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write
