Job summary

You will lead field teams, develop employees, partner with branch leadership, uphold high-quality service, and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in landscaping, horticulture, tree care, or construction.
• Knowledge of pruning techniques, plant health, and landscape maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize CRM and other company software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, organize, and schedule all detail pruning operations.
• Ensure crews have the equipment, materials, and information necessary to complete assigned work safely and efficiently.
• Monitor job progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Directly supervise and support the Detail Pruning Foreman.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop, and evaluate detail pruning team members.
• Address employee performance concerns and administer corrective action when necessary.
• Assist crews in the field as needed to meet operational demands, deadlines, or customer expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring high-quality service and professional communication.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and company software systems to track work, schedules, and customer information.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and other departments to support company goals and operational efficiency.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Represent United Land Services in a professional, courteous, and positive manner at all times.
