Job summary

United Land Services is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader to guide arboriculture and landscape enhancement projects. This role requires a valid driver''s license, plant identification skills, blueprint reading, and the ability to operate heavy machinery.

You will oversee a crew, ensure safety and quality, and work closely with clients to translate preferences into on-site improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and manage tree planting, transplanting, and removal.
• Implement landscape designs, including installing plants, flowers, and shrubs, and incorporating hardscape elements.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Lead and manage a team of landscapers, providing guidance and ensuring efficient project completion.
• Interact with clients to understand preferences and provide plant care information.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to the supervisor.
