Job summary

United Land Services is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across commercial and residential landscapes. You will schedule crews, manage materials and equipment, and collaborate with Account Managers on service delivery, estimating, and budgeting.

The role requires strong communication, time management, safety leadership, and the ability to work bilingually in English and Spanish. Travel within assigned region and hands-on oversight are expected.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of equipment, tools, and machinery used in landscaping operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent time management with a strong sense of urgency.
• Computer skills and familiarity with basic software.
• Safety leadership and adherence to company policies.
• 2-3 years of progressive maintenance landscaping industry-related experience.
• Bi-lingual communication (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct resources to deliver quality, cost-effective landscape services.
• Support Account Managers in customer service, estimating, and budgeting.
• Oversee all landscape services, including materials, crews, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties prior to service and prepare action plans.
• Monitor irrigation systems and identify problems or repairs; communicate recommendations.
• Identify landscape pests or diseases and advise corrective actions.
• Provide hands-on supervision and training to crews.
• Enforce safety, equipment upkeep, storage, and training policies.
• Forecast staffing needs and prepare daily crew schedules with the Account Manager.
• Monitor safety records and maintain safety standards.
• Order materials as needed and control costs and deliveries.
