Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize CRM and other company software systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Address employee performance concerns and administer corrective action when necessary.
  • Assist crews in the field as needed to meet operational demands, deadlines, or customer expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring high-quality service and professional communication.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and company software systems to track work, schedules, and customer information.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership and other departments to support company goals and operational efficiency.
  • Promote and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Represent United Land Services in a professional, courteous, and positive manner at all times.

Position Summary

The Detail Pruning Production Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all detail pruning operations within the branch. This position ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
