Job summary

Blueville Nursery in Kansas is seeking a Pruning Crew Member to support landscape maintenance, pruning, and material handling. You will load and unload plant materials, drive company vehicles to job sites, prune plants, and complete daily paperwork.

Candidates with basic plant knowledge and a valid driver's license, able to lift 40-80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather will fit well. Training provided; minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-80 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitious manual labor.
• Ability to stoop, stand, walk and bend for 8 hours or more a day.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Quality customer service.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision following training.

• Hand Prunes and maintains landscape plantings. Removes clippings.
• Completes end of day paperwork
• Performs other duties as required

Education/ Experience

Previous landscaping experience a plus but not required
