Job summary

Blueville Nursery Inc. is seeking a landscaping laborer to load and unload plant materials, prune and maintain plantings, and complete daily paperwork. You will drive company vehicles to jobs and perform other duties as required.

Must have a valid state driver’s license, be able to lift 40–80 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather. Landscaping experience is a plus but not required. This is an on-site, full-time position with physical outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 40–80 lbs and perform repetitive manual labor.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.

Education/ Experience

Previous landscaping experience a plus but not required

Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities

• Basic plant knowledge (will train)
• A valid state driver license with good driving record
• Ability to lift and carry object 40-80 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitious manual labor
• Ability to stoop, stand, walk and bend for 8 hours or more a day
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather

• Ability to work with little to no supervision following training
