Job summary

Blueville-Nursery,-Inc. is seeking a Pruning Crew Member to assist with landscape maintenance on various properties. You will load and unload plant materials, hand prune shrubs, and remove clippings, while operating company vehicles between job sites.

The role requires the ability to lift 40-80 lbs and perform outdoor work in all weather conditions. Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40-80 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Able to stand, stoop, and walk for 8 hours or more.

Responsibilities

• Completes end of day paperwork
• Performs other duties as required

Education/ Experience

Previous landscaping experience a plus but not required

Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities

• Basic plant knowledge (will train)
• A valid state driver license with good driving record
• Ability to lift and carry object 40-80 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitious manual labor
• Ability to stoop, stand, walk and bend for 8 hours or more a day
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Quality customer service
• Ability to work with little to no supervision following training
