• Ensure accuracy of title information by creating base files, performing title searches, and preparing commitments.
• Review buyer deeds and mortgage documents for accuracy and recordability, then submit electronically for recording.
• Issue title insurance policies and calculate title insurance premiums for owners and lenders.
