Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Quality Technician for 1st shift (Mon-Fri 5:00am-1:30pm). The role inspects materials, in-process and final products, ensuring durability and compliance with ISO/IATF standards.

You will record results, report trends, and assist in PPAP packages while collaborating across distribution, engineering and production teams. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in quality/manufacturing, high school diploma, and familiarity with MS Office, SharePoint, and basic statistical tools like

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
• 1-3 years in a quality or manufacturing related position is preferred.
• 2 years of ISO and/or IATF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue In-Process Check Sheet to areas producing OEM and Aftermarket programs.
• Report trends, shifts, and jumps in process to Quality Assurance Management.
• Inspect and test raw materials and in-process products, and final products.
• Record Inspection Results
• Perform process layered, product and/or dispatch audits – document and report results.
• Participate in creation of PPAP packages – specifically dimensional layouts, IMDS inputs, quarantine management and in-coming inspection (if applicable).
