Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain job files by retrieving purchase orders and blueprints, resolving discrepancies, and processing work orders.
• Enter customer orders into point-of-sale software.
• Manage order changes and errors with customers and team members.
• Communicate order status issues with field personnel and customers.
• Work within detailed Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and workbooks.
• Review monthly reports, and address any issues as needed.
• Exercise basic administrative skills such as filing, labeling, copying, and scanning.
