Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in ERP accurately.
• Verify order details against project documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales and Branch Management to ensure materials are available for production.
• Communicate with Production, Design and Warehouse to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized electronic order files for audit compliance.
• Support SOP development and daily order-processing activities.
