Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, adjusting entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Assist with tax compliance and reporting.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and schedules.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor internal controls and propose process improvements.
• Utilize ERP/accounting systems to improve reporting accuracy.
