Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and audit support
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and payroll-related transactions
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Manage general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and investigate variances
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analyses with explanations of fluctuations
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate transaction coding
• Support audits, audits requests, and implementation of process improvements
