Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in indirect tax, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP systems, audit support, and accounting documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, allocations, reclassifications, payroll-related transactions, and other general ledger activities.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Manage assigned general ledger accounts, reconciliations, variances, and discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports, supporting schedules, and analyses with explanations for fluctuations.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate transaction coding and documentation.
• Maintain U.S. GAAP compliance, controls, and audit readiness.
• Support audits, lender and regulatory requests, and process improvements.
• Contribute to system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency.
